FAQ: Where is the Quote Review Feature in my shopVOX Software?

In shopVOX, one of our favorite features is the Quote Review. The quote review allows you to send your prepared quote to your customer and then track it.

This feature saves you lots of time and frustration. You can avoid the back and forth emails. You won't have to search through emails to find quote review messages and notes. With the quote review feature, you have all of your quotes, notes, quote approvals and request for changes all in one place.

In addition, you can track the progress of your quote review. This we will go over in our next blog post.

You won't be able to find nor use the quote review feature unless you activate it. So, don't be alarmed if you were unable to find this feature in your shopVOX software. It's super easy to activate the quote review feature:

Simply follow the sequence in the image in this post. 1. Click Account Settings. 2. Click Settings. 3. On the new page, under workflow, select yes for Online Quote Review by Customer. Now you can use the Quote Review Feature.
